Golf Performance

Golf Injuries

"Golf is a game for a lifetime"

Golf truly is a game for a lifetime.  Most people take up the game while they are young and many play it into their 70's and 80's.  Few other sports allow you to participate and compete for such a long time.  Dr. Broda has a special passion for golf and has spent his entire career studying the swing and its effect on the body.  This began in 2001 when he took a weekend class by a teacher named Dr. Greg Rose that was offered in the basement laboratory of his chiropractic school.  Only a second-year chiropractic student at the time is hard to imagine the impact this class would have on his practice almost 20 years later.  Dr. Rose went on to found the Titleist Performance Institute and the method taught then would become the gold standard that all training for golf would be based on.

That method is available in our office and has helped hundreds of golfers get rid of pain and achieve their goals on the golf course.  That goal can be breaking 100 for the first time, getting a golf scholarship, or winning a professional tournament.  We have helped golfers achieve each of these goals in the past and would love to help you improve your performance.

We use a method that is made of three parts:
Assess the physical abilities of your body
Examine your golf swing using K-Vest and 3D biomechanics of your swing
Design a program that incorporates exercise and drills to improve your body and game

If you can't physically do what your body is asking you to do you won't achieve your goals and may get hurt in the process.  We want to help you figure out how to make your body and game perform at the highest level possible.  We have helped golfers all the way from junior golfers to major champions stay on the course and compete.  If you are ready for improve please give us a call and schedule a discovery session with Dr. Broda today.
