Adjustments/manipulation: chiropractic treatment using movements of spine and other joints to return normal motion to the joint. manipulation increases flexibility while reducing stress, muscle spasm and pain levels

Flexion/Distraction: Chiropractic treatment utilizing a specially designed table that isolates specific disc and vertebral levels to restore motion and decrease pressure within the spinal disc.

Functional Rehabilitation: Exercises to increase strength and stability of the musculoskeletal system, reduce strain and restore optimum function.

Interferential Therapy: The use of interferential electrical current to reduce muscle spasm, inflammation and swelling.

Ultrasound: Deep heat treatment that uses sound waves to promote healing and decrease inflammation by increasing blood flow.

Moist Hot Therapy: Application that increases blood flow to injured areas to enhance the healing process

Cold Therapy: Application that decreases vascular flow in the injured tissue to reduce swelling and internal bleeding

Trigger Point Therapy: Specific massage techniques used to alleviate muscle pain and remove lactic acid build-up (knots) within the muscle; reducing trigger points help restore normal muscle tone and reduce muscle spasm

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Rehabilitation: Therapy to increase resting muscle length and enhance the body's ability to identify spacial relationship of joints to each other. This activity involves physician aided stretches as well as supervised exercise on unstable surfaces.

Myofascial Release: Specific massage technique to relieve tense fascia, the covering that surrounds the muscle, to restore the range of motion.

Video Gait Analysis: This analysis identifies abnormalities during running and walking that can lead to chronic injury and pain; using software designed to slow down the gait cycle in order to identify possible sources of injury.

Video Analysis of Golf Swing: As part of the Performance Golf Program, an analysis of a patients swing utilizing video analysis identifies common swing faults that lead to injury and poor performance.

Kinesiotaping: A method that utilizes specific tape and taping techniques to facilitate or inhibit muscular firing patterns, which helps to reduce stress and restore balance to the muscular system

Acupuncture: Ancient chinese technique that uses needles to restore balance to the body, to reduce pain and promoting healing.
